Return & Refund Policy

At Culcus, your satisfaction is our priority. In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Romanian legislation (OG 34/2014), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

Conditions for Returns

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging. Items that show signs of use or damage will not be accepted.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact us at shopculcus@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order, stating your order number and the items you wish to return. We will provide you with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued via the original payment method.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
